At Autism Awareness America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely seal the package and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
